Upon Enrolment we will send you a Membership Pack. This will contain your Certificate of Insurance, Policy Document, Table of Benefits, Membership Card, and Claim Form. The Policy Document provides full details of the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of your policy. It also tells you what to do and who to contact if you need treatment, or have a medical emergency, and how to make a claim.
